Biography:
Abhishek Tyagi is a Ph.D. Scholar in Microbiology at the Central University of Rajasthan, specializing in petroleum microbiology, microbially influenced corrosion, and the chemical modification of polymers for enhanced oil recovery. His research contributions encompass bioethanol production, cyanobacterial pigment studies, and the development of advanced polymers designed to improve oil recovery under challenging reservoir conditions. With an interdisciplinary academic foundation in Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Microbiology, he brings a broad and integrative scientific perspective to energy and environmental research. A national awardee of the SMART India Hackathon 2023 and the YUKTI Innovation Challenge 2024 by AICTE and the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, Government of India, Abhishek Tyagi is dedicated to translating innovative laboratory research into practical, sustainable technologies for the petroleum and energy sectors.
