Biography:

Angela Maria Navas Morales is an Industrial Engineer with an Executive MBA from INALDE Business School and over 13 years of experience in the Colombian Oil & Gas sector. She currently serves as the first Executive Vice-president of Corporate Affairs and Business at Mansarovar Energy Colombia Ltd., where she has led strategic efforts in crude marketing, energy procurement, supply chain management, gas commercialization asset divestment and lead the implementation of the heavy equipment business unit.

Angela is a seasoned negotiator of crude oil, natural gas, and electricity contracts, with a strong track record of regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and revenue generation. She has successfully led M&A processes, conflict resolution with local communities, and commercial strategies that have resulted in multimillion-dollar savings and operational efficiencies. She is widely recognized for her strategic thinking, leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement with government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
