Anurag Singh

Biography:

Mr. Anurag Singh, with qualifications as Master’s in Physics & an MBA, has built a distinguished career across ONGC and ONGC Videsh Ltd. (OVL), progressing from well log interpretation and field operations to strategic leadership in international oil and gas projects. At ONGC Mehsana Asset, he transitioned from real-time well data monitoring to interpretation, contributing significantly to Cambay Basin operations and special projects aimed at optimizing oil recovery from mature fields. He later joined the Business Development Group at OVL in New Delhi, where he evaluated overseas investment opportunities, particularly in the Americas. As Project Coordinator for Project Shahkdag, he managed complex international acquisitions in Azerbaijan, including equity in the ACG field and the BTC pipeline. His performance in these high-value transactions earned him recognition from OVL leadership.

Since 2024, Mr. Singh has served as Project Manager for Imperial Energy under ONGC Videsh's Russia Business Unit. Initially joining as Project Coordinator, he was quickly promoted for his strategic insight and organizational capabilities. In this role, he applies his expertise in project management, technical operations, and cross-functional coordination to align with ONGC Videsh’s global strategic goals. Since Feb-2025, Mr. Singh is has taken responsibility of Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in Mansarovar Energy Colombia Limited.
