Hery Mada Indra Paska, MMT, M.Eng, CCP, PMP, CRP is a Senior Cost Engineer with over 20 years of experience in cost engineering and project controls across upstream oil and gas in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. He is a Certified Cost Professional (AACE International), Project Management Professional (PMI), Certified Risk Professional (LSPPM), and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator. He has supported capital portfolios exceeding USD 2.5 billion and led tender evaluations exceeding USD 500 million, and is a published author in PM World Journal and a member of the IATMI KSA Professional Development Committee.
