Biography:

Aodai I. Murad is a maintenance professional with over 15 years of experience in refinery operations, specializing in Mechanical Workshops, maintenance engineering, and reliability improvement. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to numerous initiatives that enhanced maintenance performance, optimized workshop capabilities, reduced costs, and improved operational efficiency. In addition, he currently leads the JASARA – 3D & Reverse Engineering Center, where he drives the development of digital spare parts, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. Under his leadership, JASARA has delivered innovative engineering solutions that support localization, reduce procurement lead times, preserve engineering knowledge, and create measurable business value. Aodai holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and is passionate about combining engineering, innovation, and people development to build sustainable capabilities that support operational excellence and align with Saudi Vision 2030.
