Biography:
Rashed Al Zaabi is a Corrosion Engineer with 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the UAE. His expertise spans cathodic protection systems, coating inspection, corrosion monitoring, and asset integrity management for onshore facilities. He has been actively involved in troubleshooting and restoring ICCP systems for aboveground storage tanks and pipelines, applying international standards including API RP 651. He has completed the NACE Coating Inspector Program Level 1 (CIP-1) course and is scheduled to sit the certification examination in December 2026.
