Her work involves well diagnostics, integrity assessment, and supporting drilling and workover programs through cross-disciplinary technical collaboration. She has contributed to the evaluation and deployment of emerging technologies aimed at improving well performance and enhancing long-term field sustainability. Rauda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with academic interests spanning energy management, strategic leadership, and advanced engineering practices. She has participated in various technical and industry-focused studies, with a strong interest in sustainable development, innovative integrity solutions, and the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
