Title : Develop new ways of energy production

Abstract:

1. Limestone is used to produce gas: 
CaCO3+C=CaO+2CO,From the reaction equation, produce 1 ton of lime to add to 0.214 tons of carbon can simultaneously produce 800 M3 of CO. In 2016, the global cement output was 5 billion tons, and the lime consumption was 3.225 billion tons, which could  produce 2,580 billion M3 of CO, with a calorific value equivalent to the annual energy transmission of 17 Nord Stream No2 lines.

  • According to the reaction formula, changing direct coal combustion to indirect combustion in electricity plants can save one third of coal consumption. It has not been changed to this day. The possible reason is the improper selection of the carbon gasification temperature. The carbon gasification temperature must be greater than 10000 C. The CO2 content in the gas must be less than 1%. If the reaction temperature is lower than the "ghost point temperature of 740°C", a situation of "not worth it" will occur.

2.  Iron ore is used to produce CO: 
Fe2O3+3C=2Fe+3CO. According to the reaction equation, for 1 ton of iron produced, 600M3CO can be produced simultaneously. In 2023, the global steel output was 1.883 billion tons, which could simultaneously produce 1,129.8 billion M3CO. Its calorific value is equivalent to the annual energy transmission capacity of 7.3Nord Stream No2 lines every year  

3. Water gas production:
H2O+C=H2+CO. The carbon in the reaction equation can be various, including firewood, plastic, rubber, animal remains, etc. 

  • Significantly reduce CO2 emissions 
    According to the reaction equation,this reaction can reduce CO2 emissions by at least half. If plastic and rubber are used as raw materials, the hydrogen content in the gas can reach 67%. which CCS technology simply cannot compare with it. 
  • Realize rural coal gasification 
    The realization of rural coal gasification through water-gas reaction is very simple yet of great significance. In a village of 100 households, only a 5-kw electric furnace is needed to produce approximately 120 M3 water gas every day, which is sufficient.
  • Eliminate white pollution (plastic) 
  • Eliminate black pollution (rubber)
    When rubber and plastic burn, to produce thick black smoke, seriously polluting the air. This is a worldwide problem that remains unsolved to this day. However, when a closed reaction tank is used to produce water gas, the black smoke completely disappears. Theoretical judgment shows that oxidizing gases such as SO2,NOx, and Dioxin cannot appear. Because, at high temperatures (> 1000°C), carbon is a powerful reducing agent. 
  • Corpse gasification instead cremation
    A vast oil field that can never be fully exploited. From fat reactive with water, you can see 1 kg of fat can get 10 m3 gas, the content of hydrogen is 99%, CO content is only 1% in gas. It is much cheaper compared with hydrogen production through electrolysis. A 60-kilogram body can produce 600 cubic meters of gas. 8 billion people around the world,approximately 56 million people die each yea, Add animal remains as well. Just like a huge oil field, it will never disappear. 
  • Intermittent produce water gas technology exists serious deficiencies. From the Internet, you can see a lot of water gas production patent. The author believes that intermittent production processes are unsafe, uneconomical, of poor quality and unstable, and are completely contrary to the fundamental principles of thermodynamics and reaction kinetics.
