Mareena is a dedicated professional with diverse skill set who executes customer focused operational excellence across Human Resource Management, Talent Development, and Enterprise Architecture in today's era of digital transformation. Highly experienced in data analytics with successful implementation of critical corporate and business strategies including the impeccable execution of company group-wide human resource transformation which provides invaluable insights for top management decision making. Mareena embarked on her career journey in Capability Management (Upstream) in 2010 and expanded to Project Delivery & Technology, focusing on capability development of technical professionals. She then transitions to corporate Human Resource Management (HRM) and currently part of the excellent Enterprise Architecture team for Upstream Digital, Technology & Innovation (UTDI).
